「Orbi Free On-Site Installation Terms and Conditions」

  1. This activity is provided by Winco (Pacific) Limited, the sole distributor of NETGEAR in Hong Kong and Macau.
  2. Eligibility: Customers who purchase the NETGEAR Orbi RBE972S / RBE973S / RBE973SB / RBE873 / RBE872 / RBE773 / RBKE962 / RBKE963 / RBK963B are eligible to register for free on-site installation services.
  3. Registration Requirements: Customers must provide their name, phone number, email address, product receipt, product information, and installation address during registration.
  4. Usage Limit: Each eligible receipt is entitled to the free installation service once only.
  5. Booking Process: Customers must register and book through this website to enjoy the free service.
  6. Timeframe:
    Registration must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
    The selected installation date must be within 30 days of the purchase date.
  7. Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
  8. Scheduling: A representative will call within 3 working days after successful registration to confirm the final date and time for installation. Please note that the date and time selected during registration are preferences only; the actual schedule will be finalized during the phone confirmation.
  9. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 1 working day in advance.
  10. No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to be present for the scheduled installation without prior notice, the free installation quota will be automatically cancelled without compensation.
  11. Service Scope: The free service is limited to basic home installation for residential customers (e.g., setting up the Orbi WiFi network). Other services—such as connecting the owner's smart devices, troubleshooting other network issues, wall drilling, cable pulling, or trunking—are not included.
  12. Final Decision: In case of any dispute, Winco (Pacific) Limited reserves the right of final decision. 。

Installation Service Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Exclusions: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Service Coverage:
Free installation is only available in specific areas of Hong Kong:
Supported: General Hong Kong areas (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories urban areas).
Not Supported: Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands, and other remote areas.
